Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect your merchandise and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. You may return your merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking/transaction fee) within 30 days as long as the merchandise is in new and unused condition and in it’s original packaging. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and may take 14 business days from time of request. Order cancellations prior to order shipping will be refunded in full (minus 3% CC processing fee) via company check.
